NEW MAILING ADDRESS FOR LKS INTERNATIONAL OFFICE - Some chapters are still mailing important information to the old IO address (Muskego Drive). The forwarding order for this address expired in the Spring of 2009. Please note the new mailing address for the LKS International Office below; all future written correspondences and submissions of other paperwork must be directed to this address:

CHAPTER OFFICER ROSTER -  if you have recently held elections, please forward the contact information for the new officers to the LKS International Office and your Regional Supervisor as soon as possible. Please consider emailing the information from the form so that we can process the updates quickly.

NEW MEMBER PROCESSING/SPRING 2010 NEW INITIATES - To expedite the processing of your Sping New Initiates, please include the following as your "New Member Processing" submission: 1.) Master Member Input Sheets (MMIS) - one for each new member, 2.) Initiation Fees - $75 per new member, and 3.) a completed Initiation Certificate Order Form. Please forward these materials under separate cover no later than 2 weeks following the scheduled initiation date. Do not include new member information with your annual dues payments for returning members as this will delay the processing of your new members.

As a courtesy, chapters are offered the following option: If your chapter would like to present the member certificates, cards and pins on the night of your initiation ceremony, all completed New Member Processing forms and fees must be received at the LKS International Office a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the scheduled initiation date to allow for adequate time to complete the processing of your new members and get the certificates, cards and pins mailed back to the chapter in time for the scheduled initiation ceremony. Every effort will be made to get the materials to your chapter in time, however, no guarantees can be made.
