In her role, Amy will assist chapters with membership recruitment, education and retention, maintain accurate member files, and assist at conventions. She will also take over the administration of the award, grant and scholarship programs.

Amy comes to us after serving as Membership Manager for the Girl Scouts of Wisconsin, where she found her passion for supporting volunteers and recruitment. Prior to the Girl Scouts, Amy was the Center Director and 4K teacher for Discovery Days Childcare Center, where she coordinated scheduling, trained teachers and wrote curricula. Amy then made a career change and worked as the Customer Relations Manager for a local car dealership, serving as a liaison between the general manager and management staff and the customers across 21 dealerships.
