Meet Deborah Ebbinghaus

Chapter: Alpha Mu Chapter (Univ. of Toledo)

I am a Lab Assistant for a P1 Basic Pharmaceutics lab and a P2 Dosage Forms lab.

I enjoy reading, baking, going to Butler Basketball games (go Dawgs!), attending arts events, and visiting museums.

LKS activities

I was the President for Phi Chapter for 2017 and served as our Hope WaLKS organizer for Fall of 2016.

Meetings attended

Scranton, PA 2016 and Atlanta, GA 2017

I joined LKS because

I joined LKS as a PP1 to help me find a support system on campus. Each one of the members I spoke to through recruitment was passionate, driven, and easy to connect with. They were supportive of each other inside and outside of the classroom. I did not realize then how special the sisterhood of LKS would come to be for me. I could not have imagined the mentorship I would receive or the opportunities I would have to lead and grow.

My most memorable LKS experience

My most memorable LKS experience would be my first LKS Convention in Scranton, PA. I learned so much about the Fraternity, leadership, and other chapters there as well as making wonderful connections, friendships, and memories.

Career plans

I wish to pursue at least a PGY1 hospital residency and become faculty at a college of pharmacy.
